Hi Judy,
Just wanted to convey to you how much I have enjoyed the classes I have attended at your school. They have been really great and I think you are one of the nicest instructors I have met. Not many people are willing to share their "trade secrets" even if they are paid to. Please keep me posted about upcoming classes- Like I mentioned to you, I am definitely interested in the chocolate, petit four and the wine tasting classes.

Thanks and Good luck on the opening of your new school.
Warm regards,

Dr Manju Chandran

Years ago, I bought an oven from Mayer Marketing and was given some free cooking lessons. I attended one that was taught by Judy, the principal of Creative Culinaire. I enjoyed the lesson tremendously and find her very different from other culinary teachers. Since then, I have been going to lessons conducted by Creative Culinaire.

I have progressed from someone with very little confidence in baking to someone who started taking orders for cakes at home. Thanks to Judy! Not only is she sincere and generous about sharing her recipes, she is also very supportive and patient with those who have a passion to pursue a career in this field.

Beside Judy, Creative has also engaged professional chefs to share with us. Chef Tan Liak Khoon (former Pastry Chef of Bakerzin), Chef Amy Lee, Chef Daniel Siah (former Chef of Marmalade Pantry) are some of my favourites. It's really an eye opener learning from these professionals.

I've been attending Judy's classes for more than 4 years and my family & friends have noticed the great improvement in my culinary skills. This is all thanks to Judy, who is a very dedicated teacher. I find her classes very interesting because she is so creative especially in her cake decorating skills. She never fails to impress us with the final touches she put to her cakes, you can really feel her passion. I can assure you that you can never find such beautiful cakes in the shops. Her hands-on classes are not to be missed because you will be amazed at what you would have accomplished at the end of each lesson. Sometimes we can't believe we can actually produce such attractive cakes & breads. In these classes, we are also able to pick up a lot of valuable tips from her as she is not selfish in sharing her knowledge with us. As she upgrades her skills by travelling overseas regularly, her students also benefit as she will not hesitate to share with us what she has learnt during those trips.

I had attended many cooking and baking lessons conducted by others before. But when I first attended Judy's lesson, I was very impressed by her teaching method and her lesson. She is very forth-coming in imparting her knowledge about the lessons. Instructions given are very clear and she is very willing to share her answers to questions asked. Fees for the hands-on lessons are reasonable too given the many types of equipment the school has for training her students.

Creative Culinaire, synonymous with the effusively passionate Judy Koh, was the catalyst to ignite my love and fascination for cooking and baking. From exotic dishes, vegetable carving, beautiful cakes to healthful artisan breads - it is where the secrets of cooking and baking are INDEED shared.

Thanks to Judy I am now able to churn out lovely treats for my loved ones.Through her I have learnt, in Judy's own words, "to cook intelligently". I personally have not met another teacher who is generous enough to pack so much knowledge, both in terms of theory and practical, into a class that makes cooking so interesting and satisfying. Classes are conducted in such a lively, relaxed (with music at times) and interactive manner that I feel absolutely comfortable asking so many questions without the embarrassment I often feel with other teachers. Thanks to Judy, her assistants, including Uncle Koh, for making my time in your cooking studio so well spent and pleasurable.

I learned a lot during the 4 days of Bread Making lessons. The notes given and Judy's explanation are clear. Practical lessons with Judy improves my skills in bread making. Tried making them at home and was successful. Have better understanding on handling of breads. The course gave me confidence in trying out recipes from other books too.

Judy was very forthright in sharing her knowledge and expertise. She is a very warm and approachable teacher. The preparations were well done with good food and music! Knowledge of different methods was shared, some thing that we don't get even from good bread books. I learned a lot more than mucking around alone in my kitchen.

I started attending Judy's classes 2 years ago. There is no doubt the she teaches all her lessons with great deal of passion and enthusiasm, regardless the times she has repeated the same class due to popular demand. Judy is truly generous in sharing her culinary knowledge and skills which is a benefit for all her students.

With the skills and tips that I've learnt from Judy, I become more confident when accepting orders for my home-based bakery business, without having fear that I can't meet the demand of my customers. A million thanks to Judy for her support, reccomandations and encouragement.

Always looking forward to attend her classes as Judy is an amazing and the best teacher.

Sugar & Spice.....and everything nice

Judy is not only my teacher but has become my dear friend. I'd first attended her lessons about 8 years ago, and have been attending whenever I find the time to.

She's a very dedicated teacher, who is always passionate and enthusiastic in imparting her knowledge and skills without reserve. Her lessons open our minds to her rich creativity and fire up our imagination to a brand new concept of the culinary world. Her school has lived up to its name as Creative Culinaire. Her creations never fail to draw all the "oohs" and "aahs" from us. She's so creative that I hope it will rub off onto me one day. Her lessons are always very enjoyable. At the end of her class, we do not just bring back some food but most importantly an enriching experience that leaves us thirsting for more.

Her tireless pusuit for new knowledge and skills impresses me, and it greatly benefits us all. She's my role model and I want to continue learning from her. She has always been very patient with me, who is a slow learner. She takes time to answer my questions without despise even though sometimes they sounded silly.

Lastly, I would like to wish Judy more good years ahead! Cheers!
