Through developing of elective modules in the form of workshops, it enables your students to have a glimpse of what they can expect to learn in the various courses of study in the future. Thus, they are better prepared when they advance in their education or career path.
Our main methodology includes educational and discovery in terms of "Hands-on, Minds-on and Hearts-on".
At the end of each module, students have the opportunities to experience a variety of fun hands-on projects. While challenging their creativity, these projects will enhance them to understand the application of the skills and knowledge.
The flexibility is yours, in consultation with our experts. Choose from additional modules apart from cooking and baking, where students can learn about Culinary Art, Food & Nutrition, Food Science and other basic skills and techniques including purchasing and cost control, human relations and not least kitchen management.
Prepare a meal in a traditional way of the Western, the Asian, the French, the Italian or the Mediterranean countries. These and more are best learnt by the young for their own future. Cooking after all is a Life Skill that has sustained cultures and civilisations.
