Basic Choux Pastry Recipe
Learn the basic choux pastry recipe and use this to make Cream Puffs and Chantilly Swans filled with this month's flavour - Durian !

Chocolate Eclairs
Make delicious Chocolate Eclairs with a delicious chocolate filling and glossy chocolate topping.


Taiwanese Polo Puffs
These are unique Taiwanese puffs with a crisp, golden brown topping and filled with a deliciously smooth custard !

Churros

Chef Judy will demonstrate how to make these tasty deep fried donuts which are popular in Spain and Mexico. They are traditionally served with hot chocolate.

Afternoon Tea
After the workshop, we will proceed to Cafe Pralet for some finger food and coffee/tea, get to know each other better and foster new friendships. You may consume your petite fours creations if you like and the finger food and drinks are on us !
