Caffe Pralet

Caffe Pralet by Creative Culinaire was set up in July 2007 by Chef Judy Koh. The purpose was to provide a cozy place for customers to enjoy healthy, wholesome meals and desserts.

 

Asian, Western, Cakes, Pastries Café in Tiong Bahru area

Chef Judy also wanted to show in a very practical way that what her students learn in her culinary school, Creative Culinaire, just situated next to the cafe, are also the same items prepared and sold at her cafe. Thus in addition to Asian meals such as Mee Siam, Laksa, curry chicken, Ayam Tempra, Western meals like seafood baked rice, Sheperd's Pie, a variety of pasta dishes, the cafe also serves a variety of cakes, pastries and breads freshly prepared by her team of chefs.

Always something new at the Café!

As Chef Judy is constantly developing new recipes for her school, the cafe also gets to enjoy the fruits of her labour. Other than the regular menu of dishes, new dishes and cakes, pastries and desserts are introduced to the cafe. There is always something new, something different served at the Café

 

Signature cake – Pralet cake

Do drop by and taste the passion and love that goes into Chef Judy's food. And don't forget to try our very popular signature cake, "Pralet”, a French chocolate cake which consists of layers of dark chocolate and a crispy Hazelnut layer, topped with a smidgen of edible gold.

Private Functions, Birthdays and Weddings at the Cafe

The cafe also caters for private groups such as company functions, birthdays and weddings right up to 200 people.
